Dose increase

hey guys, i was recently upped to 15mg of lexapro after being on 10mg for about 5 years as i was going through a hard time with my anxiety. I upped to 15mg about 2 and a half weeks ago but am still struggling with anxiety. Just wondering anyone else that upped their dose, how long did it take for you to feel better? would really appreciate any input as im feeling really fed up. Thanks guys
