Lasagna Alternatives

I'm a volunteer Lasagna Love. Each month, I make and deliver three lasagnas to families that have signed up for a delivery.

However, I'm getting a little bored with making the same old lasagnas each month. Other casserole types are also permitted depending on the family's preference.

Hit me with your favorite or tried and true casserole.
