Obs and whatnot issues

I installed obs last night on a brand new PC. I set it up with whatnot and did a private test stream for about an hour and everything was fine. Fast forward to today and now it wont work. I connect to obs via the whatnot website and as soon as i click the go live button it connects and disconnects every 2 seconds. Internet is fine, all settings are fine, pc is 1 day old. Drivers are up to date.
