Buying 2008 Camry -What to Look for Beyond Powertrain?

The car has 101k and is the 3.3 liter 6. It's been quite well cared for, though it will need a new timing belt kit soon.

I'm wondering about things you don't think about with an 18-year-old car. Rubber bits, for example: seals, bushings, CV boots, etc.

Thoughts? Advice? Thanks?
