Is My Dog Overweight?

Just went home after 6 months away and my dog looks insanely obese. He’s a 4-year-old English Labrador and my parents say he’s “on a diet” and gets green beans as treats. My parents are his owners now since I moved out of state.

They also claim he’s ~120 lbs and that the vet says he’s a perfect weight. That’s where I’m stuck—when I lived with him, his vet said he was 95 lbs and needed to get down to 90 to be healthy

Now I’m being told he’s fine and I’m overreacting. I think he looks massive.
