DoT or Elation investment?

My current characters relevant to this are e0s0 kafka, hysilens, and sparkle. The next patch is going to include a free selector where I can get e1 for Kafka or Sparkle.

I do not plan to get Yaogoang. I do plan on getting Sparxie given the obvious future elation shilling, but Ill lose out on the chance to get black swan, hysilens e1 or s1 since im so close to pity on both the character and weapon banner.

Im thinking I can risk not getting Sparxie's lc, but I dont know how useless she is without it.

What course of actions are best for me?

Kafka E1 or Sparkle E1?

Hysilens S1, or Fully investing in Sparxie E0S1?
