How do I escalate an inappropriate trainer name complaint?

There’s a player in my neighborhood with a very inappropriate trainer name. I won’t put it here but it implies SA and it makes me very uncomfortable. I’ve reported the name, and each time, this player just changes the characters but keeps the same meaning. Think SpongeBob to $p0ngeb0b. I’ve asked that Niantic escalate this but there’s been no action taken. What else can I do?
