I want to write a game or show inspired by the mallworld phenomenon, should i do it?

If anyone here is a writer I've been working on this concept for a long while now and just now I'm finally starting to piece things together thanks to the mallworld subreddit and even tiktok experiences with this phenomenon.

I want to try and make this into series or mini series on youtube inspired by things like analog horror but more a drama focused, eerieness and suspense feeling to it while still retaining horror elements.

The basic premise is this:

"a bunch of space couriers and other ship-goers become stuck in this strange liminal megastructure in space.

The megastructure is a collective thought entity that makes people into monsters based on how long they've been exposed to this environment, they become living extensions of the dimension’s own will.

The structure acts as a infinitly generated firewall keeping everything existence from meeting the cyborg Metahumans/gods, who are the creators of the multiverse.

These metahumans made the multiverse as a grand experiment to see which traits from living organisms could be implemented into their own species."
