Do Cainites have any decency limit that prevents them from drinking children's blood?

Do vampires have any moral limit to how tolerable a vampire can be? If a vampire drank the blood or embraced a child, would organizations like the Camarilla, Sabbat, and Anarchists declare a blood hunt?
