Friend being racist and making me uncomfortable.
So I (15F) have this friend and he is gay (It is very relevant). We became friends around 7 months ago and it was all good until he started making racist comments about me and other people.
It was things like drawing me with a black marker, calling my friends the CC word, make fun that she was Chinese and other micro aggressions. I have always tried to call it out at the moment but it never seemed to get across to him.
Anyways a few weeks ago I got mad at him for telling random people my brother was autistic to make them laugh. When I tried talking to him about it he kind of made himself smaller and was apologising in this creepy baby voice (he is 6 feet). I got weirded out and tried to moved on but lately I am getting very very uncomfortable with what he does everyday.
Basically all he does very day is moan, say very sexual things, get way too close, and say it’s because he is gay. I want to tell him to stop but I feel like it’s basically me telling him to change himself to fit how I want him to be.
I need advice. Even if I stop being friends with him he is in almost every class and all my friends are friends with him. And I fear that if I do voice my opinions he will shrink himself again and do that same weird baby voice.
