Pop_OS! live USB refusing to boot

Hey there, see caption for TLDRs, here goes:

Trying to install Pop_OS! and the live USB drive I used appears to only boot via Legacy and not UEFI, and booting via a Ventoy drive boots the system, but fails on the installation following the partitioning, using the standard official nVidia image the website gave me.

Using balenaEtecher, it shows up Legacy-only, with Rufus it shows up in DD mode only, locked to MBR-Legacy.
