SH2 Remake - Big Jay’s remains totally unaffected at the end of the game.

Maybe this has been mentioned before (most search results talk about the first time you encounter it, before shit hits the fan) but Big Jay’s is totally spotless as you’re heading towards the statue in the park, it’s very weird. It’s the only place in all of Silent Hill that’s not all rusted out and dilapidated. Anybody else notice this? Maybe an Easter egg or reference that went over my head?
