What Pokemon should wait to evolve?

Hey. I am play AS for the first time, never played gen 3 at all. Are there any major pokemon that learn better moves as base or mid level after the first evo level chance.

I basically never power game and just evolve each pokemon base level, but I wanted to know if I would miss out on any "ultimate" moves if I did so.
