Bilt Travel Portal deducted my semi-annual travel credit and I didn't book anything, just looked at hotels
I wanted to understand how to use the semi-annual travel credits so I searched on a hotel and looked at the Apply Credits screen. My semi-annual credit of $200 was appearing. I clicked "x" to close the window without clicking on any of the credits. I exited the travel screen and didn't book any trip. Well, now my recent activity is showing "received travel credit" and the semi-annual credit is no longer available when I go into the travel portal. All I did was LOOK at the apply credit screen and now it shows as used. Hopefully it will be corrected automatically as I didn't even book anything. Growing pains I guess but we should get some points for submitting all of these bugs to Bilt. ;)
