Is it my district or others as well?

I have noticed the average age of people competing at competitions in my district and holding officer positions (outside of club) are 35+ years old. (This is literally from just what I have noticed in attending)

Is this just around where I am (suburbs of Toronto in Canada).

Are there stats on the average age of toastmasters. I am curious if toastmasters as an organization is mostly trending older.

I am wondering at how to market to attracting younger demographics to our club, but we rarely get younger people join or even attend as guests.

Could this also be that TM as an organization is not effectively marketing to younger demographics (or perhaps it is maybe viewed as irrelevant for younger people)

I have also wondered if this is different depending on which country and language. If anyone me has insights please share.

Our club is having multiple challenges right now and attracting new membership if any demographic is part of that. (Our AD and DD are not very accessible and our request for a club coach has not been answered. Just mentioning it here because I know that's probably going to be suggested in comments)
