Trauma paralysis

A traumatic horrible event triggered this. I shared what happened earlier but my post got thousands of views and a hundred comments in a few minutes. Ive been in bed marinating in my own filth for approximately 3 days. Ive managed to force 2 bites of sandwich. I lost 5 pounds. Ill be ok tho
