Need Help: So Sick

I took my first pill on Thursday morning and felt ok! Went to bed and woke up with severe (!) pain in my upper stomach like nothing I've ever experienced. I ended up throwing up numerous times (forcefully) and have been stuck in the bathroom since. It's been about 20 hours since that happened.

I hadn't eaten much at all. I did drink a protein shake around 8:30 pm and took my pills/supps with a lot of water right before bed.

I was on the compound semiglutide injections through WW for about 10 months and never had side effects. Nothing!

I didn't take it yesterday or today since I have been so sick. I’m really concerned. I had to stay home from work on Friday and cancel plans today, and that can’t happen! Any advice would be awesome!••.
