How safe is it to DIY a bellybutton piercing?

I've been thinking about getting my bellybutton pierced for a while now but I've been having a lot of trouble finding a good studio in my area :(

I've had about 5 piercings done at a studio already most of which were not very well executed (don't ask me why I kept going to that studio idk either..) My friend recommended me a studio that she's been going to for a while now but the reviews seem pretty bad and the website itself is sketchy..

To get to the point: I'm thinking about piercings my bellybutton myself I've pierced myself before so I'm somewhat confident but I'm a bit worried since it's a different area and obviously piercings can be a bit more difficult/risky to diy depending on that

Are there any major risks like nerve damage? I'd love to hear some of your guys experiences!
