From LTC to USDC / EURC in Solana network

So I need to make a payment of either USDC or EURC in the Solana network

I have plenty of LTC in my Stack wallet, and some more in my Coinomi wallet.

What is the cheapest way to convert/swap LTC to above coins and just enough SOL to pay for $15 USDC gas fee?

Thank you
