summer ranch vacation

Was just about to book Paws Up for my family but read the review and now I'm seriously questioning if its the right move. We did ranch at rock creek last summer and while the kids had a great time and loved the outdoors, the service was seriously lacking, esp at the outrageous price point. I have looked at tanque verde in AZ but am scared of the heat. C lazy u is sold out for my dates. What other family friendly lux ranches should I consider?
