Wiould appreciate if anyone could help me figure out this drum beats weird time signature!

Hey everyone. I'm relatively new to making music and I made a drumb beat that I am really struggling weith counting and figuring out the time signature. I've been counting it like this

1-and-then-its-a-2--a--3--a--4-a-1-and-then-its-a-2--a--3--a--4-and-then-its a-5--and-a-

Which seems like it might be a weird way to count it. I haven't learnt too much theory and have only really just started dipping my toes into it. I've tried looking up a way to count this thing but I can't wrap my head around it. (Hopefully its not stupid easy to ya'll)
