What could have caused this loot spike?

I am soloing blights in fully juiced t16.5 maps and normally I get like 300-400k gold per blight but this time I got about a million and I can't explain why/how...

* No Bismuth
* 20% Delirious ( tried a few more 20/40% delirious after, shouldn't be the cause
* Same scarabs
* 7 portals without bosses
* 350% Currency

Anyone has any clue? I've been trying to replicate this ever since lol
