Issues with Filament purge

Hello, i have some problems with my P2S

I buy it like 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly fine until today where i launched a print, the Printer did the filament purge as it usually does but this time for some unknow reasons, the purged filament didn't came out the Printer, and it's not on the plate too, so i wonder where is it. Thanks in advance.
