Recommend a book for QM

I've got decent fundamentals in undergrad maths, and I'm currently going through Susskind's Theoretical Minimum lectures. What's a good book for QM if my eventual goal is more QM and QFT?

Context is I'm studying for self interest, might eventually get a PhD for personal satisfaction. No specific ambitions for academia career at the moment but that also might change.
