Have it All drink upgrade?

I just booked my first HAL cruise. From what I read, the drink package with Have it All has a 15 daily drink limit, inclusive of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. my question is, am I able to upgrade to the premium drink package on board that has the higher per drink limit, and non alcoholic drinks don't count towards the 15? Thanks!
