Urgent: Profitable Scandinavian e-commerce business seeking €2m+ bridge / strategic investment. 17+ m euro revenue last year
I’ll be very direct, because this is not a pitch deck moment.
I’m the founder and CEO of a Scandinavian omnichannel e-commerce business operating in 18 European markets. We sell fashion, interior, furniture, kids products and lifestyle across several strong categories. The company has been running for years, employs ~90 people, and did approx. €17.5m in revenue last year.
The business itself works.
The problem is liquidity – and timing.
Due to historic mistakes from 2018–2021 (long before our current scale), we took a one-off hit of ~€1.35m in the latest accounts. That triggered tightened supplier credit across the board. Nothing dramatic operationally, but devastating for cash flow in an inventory-heavy business.
Revenue dropped sharply not because of demand, but because suppliers suddenly required prepayment. Marketing, logistics and conversion are still strong. Customers didn’t leave. Credit did.
What we need:
We are seeking €2m+ to bridge the company through this liquidity gap and complete an already ongoing recovery and investor process.
This capital will be used to:
• Restore supplier credit and inventory flow
• Stabilize operations and cash conversion
• Protect existing revenue and enterprise value
We are currently:
• In active dialogue with multiple strategic investors
• In discussions with our bank and advisors
• Running two realistic recovery scenarios
But here’s the hard truth:
We don’t have months. We have weeks.
What we are looking for:
• A €2m+ bridge or strategic investment (equity, convertible, or structured loan)
• Someone comfortable moving fast
• Someone who understands e-commerce, retail, inventory-heavy businesses or turnaround situations
What you get:
• A real company with real revenue
• Proven demand across Europe
• A team that already survived the hard parts
• Full transparency: numbers, risks, upside – no games
This is not a “get rich quick” post.
This is a “help us survive the gap so value doesn’t die for stupid reasons” post.
If you’re an investor who:
• Has experience with e-commerce or retail
• Understands that good businesses can be killed by timing
• Is open to a very honest conversation, fast
Then please DM me.
I’ll share numbers, structure, and details immediately.
If you’re not an investor but know someone who might be – please point them here.
This is the last shot before irreversible decisions are forced.
I’d rather fight openly than die quietly.
Thank you for reading.
