Blood Pressure and Adderall

Hi everyone. I just have question regarding blood pressure fluctuations. I’m on Adderall XR 30 mg. I’ve always been a 100-110/60-70 person. But my pressure has gone up. It varies. Sometimes high 120s over high 80s. Not. Big deal. But when I’m active and running around or in the evenings I’ve gotten numbers as high as 156/98 or 146/100. And it’s happened enough times now that my dr wants to start me on medication. My question is has this happened to anyone else and what was their experience with blood pressure medication. I’m hesitant to start because on the days I’m low, I’m worried about it dropping too low. Mind you that even at 30 mg I still feel really sleep and my dr wanted to increase the dose and I said no. They are trying to work on getting me Sunosi but my insurance is denying it. I have failed Ritalin, modafanil and armodifanil. Adderall works but I maybe get about 4-6 hrs before I need to take a nap.
