Looking for brewery raproom projector

Looking to buy a projector for a brewery taproom, to project on a white wall. The room gets a lot of natural light in the daytime, but has dimmable lighting otherwise.

The projector would be used for events (trivia, bingo, movie nights) and streaming certain sporting events (league finals, Olympics, etc).

Basically I need a projector that can handle both bright and low light, and preferably connect to the taproom speakers (Sonos) via Bluetooth, whether from the streaming device, an adapter, or the projector itself, with the least lag possible. I'm also planning to hang the projector from the ceiling.

The other catch is affordability. I'm currently eyeing the Epson Cinema 980, as an example of preferred budget. We're located in Canada.
