2024 Sport- remote start not working

remote start hasn't been working in a couple weeks. it's been cold but not that cold? new key fob battery. gas tank full. no lights on the dash. when I do the usual button combo to do remote start it turns over like it's starting and then just doesn't. battery tests fine as well.

is there anything else I can try?
