Nonstick pan has teeny tiny flakes coming off on a napkin

We are camping/staying at a cabin and the pans here have some chips I’m scared to eat now

They look like tiny tiny pepper flakes

Is it okay to eat just for tonight? We are in the middle of nowhere.
