I feel so lost and scared about the future

Seeking Advice

I’m a 26 year old woman pursuing my bachelors degree while working from home. I decided last year that I wanted to become an art teacher, and while it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about I’m scared about how I’m going to adjust to an in-person, front facing job after working from home for so long. on top of that I’m extremely introverted so I worry about how I’m going to handle talking to kids all day.

Right now, I’m in school and working full time, and i feel so overwhelmed even taking two classes a semester. I’m only in my second semester and I failed one of my classes last semester , so I’m on academic probation. At the rate I’m moving, it’ll be another two years before I’m done with my degree. I feel like I’m drowning all the time. On top of that, I’m moving soon and I’m anxious about living alone for the first time. Fortunately I have family I can rely on for support if things get dire, but everything still feels like too much. I feel so lonely and sad most of the time. Has anyone else ever been in this situation? If so, how did you handle it?
