Overthinking the simple stuff maybe (Advice)

So I've narrowed down through great advice to use Dri-Core tiles in my Basement for the subfloor with a 1/4 inch smooth plywood over top; Now for the question or over thought that maybe it'll throw my Door/Closet framing out of whack because I've framed everything on the Concrete, I've allowed around an extra 2 1/4 inch in height for my door jams which seems like it should be sufficient but would I also be okay with putting my 1 piece shower straight on the Concrete and just Sub-Floor around that. I feel like I'm just over thinking it all but I'm trying to make it the best I can as it'll be my forever home
