RWT concerns

Hello all, returned to OSRS after 8 years, bought 50m to start myself off, haven’t been hit with anything yet but people online seem to be saying it’s a guarantee you’ll get banned? Is there ANY chance I won’t? Don’t plan to buy any more tbh and kind of regret it now considering I’ve been grinding to 75 stats the last few days lol, would be a bummer
