Nissan Kicks radio issues

The infotainment center stays on after turning the car on and opening the door. Before it would shut the whole car down once the car was off and the driver side door was opened now for whatever reason the radio just.. stays on and I have to push the off button for it to turn off. This isn’t really an issue I’m just more worried that if the radio is staying on what else is getting power and is my battery just gonna die overnight cause some random thing is on.

Gonna take it to a mechanic tomorrow but I thought I’d ask here if anyone had any ideas
