Why isn’t my manifestation working?

I’m just wondering if I’m doing something wrong when I’m manifesting my ex. I (19F) really believe that manifestation works, but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I tried to manifest my ex (19M), we broke up 9 months ago at the time. We were still following each other everywhere. Then I tried saying things like “he’s obsessed with me” and stuff like that, and then 5 minutes later he unfollowed me on social media which was really the first ”interaction” we had for those 9 months. However, he didn’t block me on Snap (we both still had Snap Map visible to each other).

Anyway, I waited one month and then tried again, and the day after he blocked me on Snap. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Something is clearly happening since he seems to be reacting to my manifestation almost immediately, but it’s having the opposite effect? Pls give me tips! Thanks!
