Locked out of my account for “rate limited”

So my account has been locked for 24 hrs at this point because everytime I try to verify my phone number it says “the resource is being rate limited”. I can’t even open a fucking support ticket because everytime I try to sign in it says my email and password is incorrect even though I know they are 100% correct. I don’t know what to do at this point. Most of the time the rate limit stuff disappears from what I know in a couple of hours but it’s been a whole day for me.
