What neighborhood are good to live in for a mid/late 20s single man?

I am a (newly) single 27yo man, currently living in Brooklyn Heights but looking for my next place now. I did search for past threads in this reddit, but didnt find any recent posts that quite fit what i was looking for.

I dont have any strong preferences but ideally id like a good blend of a peaceful neighborhood with good access to food and coffee shops, but potentially good nightlife nearby (although not highest priority). I also appreciate having access to subway lines.

Budget is pretty flexible, but probably around $3500 max. Id loooove to find a rent stabilized apt if possible, but understand that thats hard.

Ive been looking at Williamsburg mainly. Considered Bushwick as well, but I read that some parts can get quite dirty unpleasant? LIC, Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, UWS have been on my sights as well.

Any suggestions?
