(€10k)Microwedding in Greece?
I’ve just started looking into hosting a small, intimate wedding for 16 people - close family from both sides, including the bride and groom, with a total budget of around €8,000 to €10,000. The plan is to have everyone stay together for three nights in a private villa, ideally with six to eight bedrooms and a pool, which would also serve as the wedding venue.
The budget would cover a legal celebrant and marriage certificate, catering for a late lunch and a light dinner on the wedding day, and a bartender with alcohol provided. I’m also looking to include a bouquet, a cake, and simple styling such as candles and floral touches for the dining/with wedding setup. A photographer for around 3-4 hours on the day is essential, along with a few drone shots. We won’t need a DJ, but we would need a good sound system to play our own music.
Crete really stands out to me, it offers a mix of nice beaches and historic architecture, and it feels far more affordable compared to many other parts of Greece. With our budget of €8,000 to €10,000 and what we want included, would it be more cost effective and easier to hire a wedding coordinator/planner, or would a ready made wedding package be a better choice?
Any suggestions on packages/coordinators/photographers?
