best spots to fish around this time of year?

Just got to Kitsap County about 8 months ago and started fishing for the first time and enjoyed it even though I didn't catch anything. Got busy and couldn't go for a while but now i have more time. Are there any good spots to fish around this time of year? i have the app but there are so many spots that have so many restrictions on what you can catch and keep. i dont mind driving a bit to go fishing. any help would be appreciated.
