The dasher offer chime is driving me nuts

I've been dashing off and on for like 6 years, a couple runs of doing it full time, including right now and for the past ~4 months, so this isn't new to me but it's just really starting to pile up until I can't take it anymore. Maybe this is silly to say, but I don't know how this is even legal. Theres seemingly NO way turn it off or adjust it, and it overrides everything else on your phone. Like many others, I listen to podcasts while dashing. Every single time I get an offer, which is like maybe every 10 seconds or so during rush on a busy day, the chime pauses my podcasts, but it doesn't pause music. Why?? Why am I allowed to listen to music but not podcasts? Then, even if I turn my car speaker all the way to zero, the chime still comes through blasting at full volume. Even if I unplug my phone/disconnect from car play, and have my phone on mute (ringer set to off on iphone), AND have my phone turned all the way down, it STILL blasts out of my phone at full volume. Genuinely it seems like it should be like...idk against apple ToS at the very least? I've googled it in desperation many times and have come to the conclusion that it's not possible to disable or even just stop it from pausing my podcasts, but for the love of god man if anyone knows any way to adjust this, please let me know because it is driving me crazy for real. I doordash 12+ hours a day, 6 days a week so this damn chime is burned into my brain, I can hear it still when I get home and get out of the car.
