Need help with finding activation energy for reaction between Hydrochloric Acid and Sodium Thiosfulate
So bascially im doing a experiment for my chem IA where im changing the temeprature of reactnats sodium thiosfulate and HCl and im seeing the effect temperature has on the reaction rate. Ill be using a dot under the rection beaker to measure the time taken for the precipate to fully cover it. Im using 20mL of 0.400M for both of them and both gemini and chatgpt are telling me what I can take the inverse of time taken for the reactino to occur to get the reaction rate. Then from that thats equal to k in the arrenhius equation. I did that and plotted a arrenhius grpah and solved for the activation energy and got 62kJ/mo. I was wondering if what I did was right and if you know of a literature value I could compare it to becauase I wasn't able to find anything.
Thanks
