heat is blowing cold air when idle but hot when car is moving

I have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, when I turn the heat on it’s cold when the car is in idle but when I begin driving it starts getting hotter. There’s no coolant light so idk if that’s and I haven’t actually checked the coolant level yet. But can someone please tell me what kind of issue u might think this is?
