Is This A Good Apology?

Hi all, hope everyone is well. My ex-girlfriend and I broke up recently. I admit on my part that I did make hurtful comments and crossed her boundaries.

I posted an earlier draft of an apology but made some changes based on everyone's comments. Do you think this a strong apology? Anything I could improve?

"Hi, I hope you're well...I'm not asking for anything, I wanted to send this much earlier but thought you needed space first...

You didn't deserve the past insensitive and harsh comments I made, I'm sorry. Your background and feelings matter so it hurt you I lost view of what's important, it was wrong to be careless with personal topics like comparing our eating habits, sensitiveness, and a few comments that felt like tests. My words were unfair to you and crossed lines I shouldn't have. I regret overreacting on our last night. I should've listened and calmly worked with you. You didn't get the care you needed, you deserved better from me.

I'm truly sorry for all the disrespect I caused you and your family too. It was completely wrong to call them extreme, judge interests, and compare our attachments to family. I acted irrationally and terribly mischaracterized kind people that supported me. You've all done a lot for me and I appreciate it.

I just wanted to say all this wasn't your fault. I'll take responsibility, fully acknowledge your experience and not repeat these mistakes. That involves being more self-aware and considerate in life. I deeply regret hurting you but I know I'm not entitled to forgiveness. I don't expect a reply back so I just sincerely hope you're okay. I'm sorry for reaching out, I just wanted to offer this apology. I'll continue respecting your space"
