American white parrotlet male or female

I was told my American white parrotlet was male, but I’m thinking that’s incorrect and it’s a girl. Yes the baby has a light powder blue on part of the butt tiny bit on eyebrows in a little bit just on one layer of the wings. I would post a photo, but it’s so light. It doesn’t really pick it up. For American white parrotlet does it have to be the darker blue or could it possibly be a baby powder blue that’s faint? I’m really leaning towards that. It’s a girl and they’re wrong. lol
