The mods are consuming my time, help!

I'm relatively new to this game (MR13) and I've reached the point where I need more damage since I unlocked Steel Path. I've been trying different weapons and builds, but none of them work for me. I tried the Braton, and in the easy video, I was getting 14k damage per shot, but now I'm only doing 3000 with luck, and at most 5000. This isn't just happening with that weapon; it's the same with the Acceltra. I wanted to know if the mods need to be installed in a specific order or if I need a certain weapon.

-Galvanized Aptitude

-Vital Sense

-Critical Delay

-Hunter's Ammo)

-Cryogenic ammunition

-Malignant force

-Watchman's supply
