Will I get banned from people reporting me for throwing when I didn't?

Pretty frequently my team will demand the enemy team report me. This is usually because I talk in VC or chat and people like to blame the first person they see or who they think is underperforming.

If I'm not getting enough kills or doing poorly, my team thinks I'm "throwing" and will demand the enemy team reports me. They'll demand I swap to Hela to handle Iron Man, so I will, but won't do very well because I don't play hitscan, and then they'll call me garbage, say I'm throwing and threaten to report me, and ask the enemy team to do so as well.
If they die multiple times on tank and I'm support, then I'm "not healing" and I'm "throwing".

Sometimes extremely toxic players will flat out lie and ask the enemy team to report me as well. I had a match where I was Jeff, and someone on my team lies and said I ate him and spit him off a cliff and killed him. Someone else on my team believed it too and they both demanded the enemy team report me for this, which they said they would.

If I go afk for even 3 seconds, even when nothing is happening in the match, to take a sip of water or mute an alarm on my phone something, then I'm afk and "report ___ for throwing he's afk"

Does Netease actually look at these? Or is it like every game where X reports = automatic punishment?
