Working on my account but not on my girlfriends

Hi everyone! I’m using torbox with the Stremio app and it works perfect on my account. I made my girlfriend a Stremio account and connected my torbox to her Stremio web (as the app is no longer on the AppStore) and the streams won’t load. They show up the same but when I press on them to watch it doesn’t load. Also when I try to use Stremio Web on my account I also cannot load the streams.

Can anyone help me please?
