Tired of emails and totes

I am tired of being told to harass customers. There are signs all over the store for the email thing and the totes are RIGHT THERE at checkout. I am very tired of having to ask customers to buy totes (especially when they’re here every damn day) and asking for their email addresses so we can harass them some more from the privacy of their own home.

30% email capture is not realistic. On top of that now we’re being told to harass them so they donate to the five below drive or whatever the hell fundraiser we are sponsoring this time. 🤡
