How do you actually create a title page?

I'm sorry if this sounds REALLY stupid, but this has been killing me.

I've been wanting to write practice scripts, and somehow the most perplexing thing to me is formatting a title page.

The main thing killing me is getting the title centered. I'm told that the standard is the centre of the page 22 rows down from the top, but I don't know how to actually *do that.* I use Word.

As I said, it's a stupid question, but I'm just really ticked off by my complete inability to create a cover page
