Should this leak concern me?

It snowed today near my apartment building and as a result all of the cars came back to the parking garage with water and salt all over them.

When I went to get in my car there was a consistent stream of water pouring out of a crack in the ceiling / floor above my car. I don’t know much about concrete but salty melt water doesn’t seem like it would be very good for rebar. Should I notify management or is this fine?
